i've ridden a few times and had mixed experiences.

would you trust the staff to help you if another passenger bothered you. because they claim they will do this but i have heard many complaints and didn't get a good impression.
no. the thing that bothered me was the guy started to hang around me and wouldn't leave me alone. he also stole my food. and someone else's blanket. and he did drink and pass out in the aisle, actually. so he actually bothered a lot of people through out the trip.

well you can always change seats (or even cars)
it depends how how the other person is bothering
are Tet drunk? disorderly? violating any laws?
    or just nosy or talkative?
it depends on what that passenger is doing
if just talkative or nosy you can move to another cit
if they are disorderly. or drunk the staff can have PD meet the train somewhere along the line

    Worse than the bus!
Don't do it if you can avoid it!

So if he really pissed you off, then why didn't you kick his ribs and throw his momma from the train when he was passed out?.
Really, is it not part of capitalist philosophy to follow the law of the jungle?
